MOSES SUMNEY – VINYL ME, PLEASE

About This Project

Vinyl Me, Please presents a two-day interactive pop-up flower shop in Highland Park to celebrate the release of LA-native Moses Sumney’s debut album, “Aromanticism.”  The shop was filled with thousands of flowers for visitors to create their own bouquet, which were then added to the wall of the shop to create a gorgeous living art installation. “Aromanticism” gets its title from the idea of an absence of romantic love, and the pop-up brings that idea to life, by taking a typically romantic gesture and doing it solely for the self, and for the purpose of art.
